A marriage may seem like a bed of roses initially, but this can change over time as time goes by. However, it is important to look back over every session and to ask yourself what you have got out of the hour together. You need to be feeling better as time goes by. Of course, there are times when you will feel down. This is only natural. This is not a bad thing.

It can happen after you have revealed something about yourself or become more vulnerable. It has to become worse before you start to see better results and feel the positive feeling. It is not a magic button that you can press in order to feel better. Couples may often feel like giving up. Sometimes, they do, however, it is definitely worth the effort, as it will pay off.
