You should feel that you are in a safe environment, and that you are comfortable.

As soon as one finds there are symptoms of stress or anxiety in the marriage in the initial stages, it is important to look for professional help. One doesn't want to struggle so soon. However, this can also happen at any time. Couples find that stressful situations happen at a point in their lives after they have to cope with a crisis or a trauma in their lives. One shouldn't feel that they can take this on, on their own.
