It was Clydes idea that began everything since he seeks to do something that could commemorate his late mother and that is to help individuals. Then, Fr. Charlie suddenly popped idea of having wine tasting and simply the rest is just history.
And for next six weeks, the community started to grow stronger and have made significant accomplishments. Although the first program lasted only for three hours, within that time, a lot of volunteers have made huge help to many individuals. For that, they are forever indebted and grateful for the wonderful service and for the care that they received.
Although it all began with a simple wine tasting, the founding directors have accumulated large profits which are used to run the programs. Even if the first money that was raised amounts to sixteen thousand dollars, it was able to provide healthy supper for the homeless and poor. Every Thursday evening in the Half Moon Bay, volunteers help the people receive tremendous amount of blessings.
Eventually, there are plenty of encounters with people who claimed that they desired to lend a hand. There would certainly be quick and hard lessons which should be assimilated. In spite that, bringing the communities together and helping each other builds an effective, good and fun community, allowing a better chance to have great breakfast which can feed hungry individuals.
